Chiara graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Milan in 2023.
During her studies, she developed a strong interest in veterinary behavioural medicine and equine welfare, with a particular focus on behavioural assessment and the application of precision livestock technologies.
Since October 2024, she has been pursuing a PhD in Veterinary and Animal Sciences, working on a research project focused on the identification and validation of non-invasive tools for monitoring equine behaviour. Her research integrates behavioural, physiological, and computational approaches to validate available technologies and promote their application for accurate animal welfare assessment.
