Clara graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 1995 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Milan. In 2000 she obtained the title of Specialist in Applied Ethology and Pet Welfare with honours and in 2003 the title of Doctor of Research.
She is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at the University of Milan and performs behavioural examinations at the Behavioural Medicine Service of the University Veterinary Hospital in Lodi.
Author of numerous scientific publications and speaker at international conferences and courses, in 2005 she obtained the Diploma at the European College of Behavioural Medicine (ECAWBM) and the title of European Specialist in Behavioural Medicine. Her areas of research interest are canine and feline behavioural pathologies and the welfare assessment in kennel dogs.
