Gloria graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Teramo in 2022.
She has always been passionate about farm animals and during her studies she became particularly interested in cattle and, after graduating, she was awarded a scholarship for a six-month training period in buiatrics, where she mainly focused on the health, management and production aspects of dairy cattle.
In October 2023 she was involved as a research fellow in the project ‘Vitelli CAGE-FREE’, funded by the Lombardy Region, which has the aim of assessing the technical-economic sustainability of alternatives to individual pens for pre-weaning dairy calves, in order to support the development of a new quality supply chain based on higher animal welfare standards.
