Marta obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Technology at the University of Padua and then obtained her Master’s degree in 2020 in Evolution of Animal and Human Behaviour at the University of Turin, thus delving into the study of animal behaviour through different ethological approaches.
In January 2022, she started her PhD program with a PON Research and Innovation call, focusing her research on the topics of animal welfare and sustainability in the livestock sector, with a particular focus on improving the welfare of sheepat the slaughter.
